Where are your offices located?

Our offices are located in L'Épiphanie, Quebec.

 

Do you provide tracking information for packages?

Yes, please wait a few hours while we process your order, and we will send you the tracking details by email.

 

In which countries do you sell?

Currently, our branded products are exclusively available in Canada. We are a small local business.

 

What are the delivery times?

Generally, delivery times range from 24 to 48 hours, but due to certain factors, it may take up to 5 business days.

 

What are the delivery charges?

If your order is $35 or more, free delivery will be automatically added at the checkout. For orders under $35, delivery charges will be calculated based on your residence, usually around $4.99 or less. These charges will be calculated before you proceed to payment.

 

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item to the email address dibidibidi.inc@hotmail.com, and we will promptly send you a replacement item.

 

Do you have a refund policy?

We strive to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online purchases. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can certainly process the payment, provided the request is made within 30 days of the order date and the relevant products are not on sale.
