Currently, our branded products are exclusively available in Canada. We are a small local business.

 

What are the delivery times?

In general, delivery times range from 24 to 48 hours. However, it's important to note that certain factors beyond our control may extend these delivery times. Unfavorable weather conditions, high-demand periods, or transportation service interruptions can sometimes delay the arrival of your order. We always do our best to minimize these delays and keep you informed of the status of your shipment.

 

What are the delivery charges?

If your order is $35 or more, free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout. For orders under $35, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will be charged.

 

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Write to us via the Contact Us page on our website, and we will promptly send you a replacement item.

 

Do you have a refund policy?

We strive to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online purchases. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can certainly process the payment, provided the request is made within 30 days of the order date and the relevant products are not on sale.
